Ok. So I’m conflicted on whether or not I had a good experience with this company. First I got a great price on a new tankless water heater install but this was apparently due to a previous employee failing to give a proper quote. Plumbers came to install and took the day to get it done. That was expected. When I went to pay though I discovered that the plumber had installed the wrong unit. Turns out the wrong unit didn’t have an internal recirculating pump. That is ok because I don’t have the plumbing to utilize the recirculating pump properly anyways. Now I had the issue that the quoted price was for the more expensive unit. The company graciously gave me a refund for the difference in unit costs and I continued on my way. The units are identical except for the recirculating pump so it’s not really a big deal. Minus one star that any of these issues even occurred because honestly, they shouldn’t have but given that they worked with me, gave me a further discount on an already mistakenly good price, I would definitely recommend them to anyone given their honesty and great customer service. This company is one of the few companies remaining with integrity. They care about fixing their mistakes and making it right with their customers. Thanks Heaton. I contacted Heaton after a not so handy handyman attempted to install my new kitchen sink to old pipe and failed. Not knowing what he was doing the armature cut the pipe flush with the wall and found he could not connect new pipe and sink. You get what you paid for; best to do it right the first time. Two incredibly professional plumbers, a male and a female came promptly at 8:00 am. reviewed the work and gave me a price. They worked together as a team to make a difficult repair complete quickly and efficiently. The end price was way beyond what I expected for such a difficult job. I called at about 11:30 and a lady named Christina said a plumber could be there in a few hours. 30 minutes later the plumber showed up.He asked what the exact problem was and I explained it. He looked at the fixture, verified drains and clean out locations and told me the issue was probably a minor clog. A few minutes later the toilet was flushing exactly right. The plumber said we needed a new commode or we need to buy an auger. We are buying an auger this weekend.Qualified professionals doing quality work at a medium price. I needed my gas valve replaced so that my dryer could be hooked up. I initially tried on my own, but the job proved too complicated and gas is not something you want to be unsure of! Heaton took excellent care and didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed for attempting anything on my own. Michael did everything expected, the job was done in as timely a manner as the weather allowed. My situation was not a normal installation due to an older home, he reached out to the city inspector to assure that the end product would be approved when he was quoting the job.
