They did about 4 jobs for me that I would give a 5 star rating. But the last time I used them was when they charged me $1200 to repair a water heater. I was extremely disappointed when I found out they could have replaced the entire water heater for less than $700. For that job I’d give them 1 star for lack of transparency.

Reliable and quick. I’ve used them multiple occasions. Never been disappointed. After each maintenance they leave the work area clean. They replaced both toilets and my kitchen sink and faucet. Replaced water valves. Even unclogged bathtub that had water rising. For future plumbing repairs I will contact Heaton plumbing.

I have had them install my tankless water heater a few years ago. They were great with the install, and the heater is still working great 4 years later. I have them come out annually to flush my water heater, and have been pleased with their services.

These folks are great! Pretty much a family business. They're familiar with older homes (pier and beam) and did excellent work on plumbing including upgrades to sewer system, hot water heater work and more. They're the only ones we use now!

Had thrown organs peels in the soap causing a back up in my sink and laundry room. Michael arrived quickly and flushed out the clog we had. Found out there was also some grease build up and a mix of dish pod powder!Really great and stress relieving experience 👌 Highly recommend!

Absolutely cannot say enough about this company! I called on a Saturday when 7 other companies turned me away. Day prior had another plumber out that was unable to resolve my issue. Heaton sent out Nathan, he was professional,polite and he and Mike worked 5 hours until the issue was resolved. Few days later Mike made a follow up call, I will never use any other plumbing company.

Heaton Plumbing has made 2 house calls for us over a span of 3 years. Both occasions brought swift correction to our problems. Ok. So I’m conflicted on whether or not I had a good experience with this company. First I got a great price on a new tankless water heater install but this was apparently due to a previous employee failing to give a proper quote. Plumbers came to install and took the day to get it done. That was expected. When I went to pay though I discovered that the plumber had installed the wrong unit. Turns out the wrong unit didn’t have an internal recirculating pump. That is ok because I don’t have the plumbing to utilize the recirculating pump properly anyways. Now I had the issue that the quoted price was for the more expensive unit. The company graciously gave me a refund for the difference in unit costs and I continued on my way. The units are identical except for the recirculating pump so it’s not really a big deal. Minus one star that any of these issues even occurred because honestly, they shouldn’t have but given that they worked with me, gave me a further discount on an already mistakenly good price, I would definitely recommend them to anyone given their honesty and great customer service. This company is one of the few companies remaining with integrity. They care about fixing their mistakes and making it right with their customers. Thanks Heaton.
