How do I choose the right size water heater?
We look at the number of people in your home, bathrooms, and peak hot water use, like back-to-back showers or running the dishwasher and laundry at once. Tank units are sized by capacity and recovery rate, while tankless units are sized by flow rate.
Can you install an electric water heater?
Yes. We install electric tank and electric tankless water heaters, as well as gas units. Some electric tankless models need a larger electrical service, which we will check before installation.
Can you move my water heater to a different location?
Yes. Relocating a water heater, for example out of a living space or into a garage or attic, requires new water lines and gas or electrical connections and venting. We plan and complete the full relocation.
Can I switch from gas to electric, or electric to gas?
Often, yes. Switching fuel types may require running a new gas line or adding electrical capacity. We can handle the plumbing and gas line work and will let you know what else is needed.
